This Refund Policy describes the terms under which we make refunds and cancel access to courses and programs.

Refund Process

You will have 5 days from the release of the first module of the Music Readers Formula Teacher Course "the start" to decide if the course is right for you. If you determine that it is not, we will gladly refund your money, no hassles, no hard feelings. If you have purchased products from Wilbecks.com using the discount code, the discount amount and the value of the freebies offered will be deducted from the refund amount.

The start of the Teacher Course refers to it being made accessible to you on the courses area of the musicreadersformula.com website (the "Site").

Same Account and Payment Method

The refund will be processed to the same account and using the same payment method from which the original transaction ("the purchase") was made.

Foregin Currency Exchange Rate Considerations

If you made a purchase in a different currency, the Foregin Exchange Rate plays a role in the refund process.

Refunds are made in US dollars. The Foregin Exchange Rate applied at the time of the refund can result in refund amount that differs from the purchase price due to the fluctuations in Foregin Currency Exchange Rates. The amount you receive back is subject to the Foregin Exchange Rate conversion which is determined by "Stripe", our payment provider, at the time the refund is made. Bank Fees

Your bank or service provider (e.g. credit card provider) may charge fees for the refund transaction.

Course Access

Your access to the course will be cancelled and you will not be able to access the teacher course or materials on the Site.

Re-Enroll

You may re-enroll any time the course is offered. The price will be the price advertised at the time of the offer and may not be the same as previous offer. Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
